As a part of the International Brand Marketing Team the Marketing Data Analytics Graduate will support the modelling capabilities & analytics that cover all marketing data, i.e. all parts of the Red Bull Marketing Mix, as well as assist in providing data-driven directions for markets & business planning.

Job Description

SUPPORT DATA ANALYTICS INITIATIVES

You’ll be responsible to prepare data & parts of a full Marketing Mix Model for the markets while assisting the development of Red Bull’s capabilities to better understand, extract, clean and integrate data from a range of systems. You’ll work with large datasets (in R / Python) to draw patterns & insights.

ENSURE ACTIONABLE & DATA-DRIVEN INSIGHTS

In this role you will need to drive and manage new projects with multiple stakeholders and data from multiple sources while guaranteeing everything is delivered in a timely manner and documented effectively.

You’ll also support markets and other departments in making decisions based on data and insights.

RANGE, PRICING & PROMOTION ANALYTICS EXPERTISE

You’ll provide direction for pricing & promotions strategy for the markets by using existing sales data and other methodologies (i.e., Conjoint studies). You’ll also develop techniques for the assortment & range efficiency as well as gain proficiency in leveraging data from key providers such as Nielsen, IRI and Kantar.

Qualifications

Proven excellence in your academic life

First work experience in the field of job area (e.g. internships)

“can do” mentality, open and solution oriented mindset and excellent communication skills

Ability to draw the insights from multiple complex data sources

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with experience in using commercial statistical software packages, e.g. R, Python, SPSS

Experience in econometric modelling (systems and analysis)
